Stories, audio recordings, narration, cover images, and other materials may be owned or licensed by different rights holders. LevelShadow does not claim ownership of third-party content unless explicitly stated. Audio availability may also depend on separate distribution and usage licenses.
If you believe material on LevelShadow infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice to tamkhonggioi@gmail.com with the subject line Copyright Complaint. Please include a description and location of the allegedly infringed work and the URL of the material in question.
Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its LevelShadow URL, provide your name and contact information, and include a good-faith statement and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. If you are not the rights holder, identify your authority to act for the owner.
The notice must include a physical or electronic signature from the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf. Include language that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
We may verify the notice, preserve records, restrict access, remove or disable allegedly infringing material, and notify affected users where appropriate. Valid notices may result in repeat-user review, account restriction, or termination when circumstances warrant.
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, consent to applicable court jurisdiction, and an authorized signature.
